Qualifications

• Knowledge of PCBA inspection processes and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Ability to read PCB schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Experience documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC).
• Minimum 3 years in PCBA inspection/assembly in electronics manufacturing.
• Preferred: Diploma/GED or engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual PCBA inspections and verify paperwork.
• Verify component placement, solder joints, and assembly per IPC-A-610.
• Inspect soldering, orientation, and placement for accuracy.
• Verify shipping documents for legibility and accuracy.
• Review documentation packages and classify defects.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and identify non-conformances.
• Maintain equipment and keep area safe and organized.
