Emerald Technologies, an EMS provider, is seeking a Production Planner to plan, schedule, and monitor the flow of materials and products across the PCBA manufacturing process in Brea, CA. The role focuses on on-time deliveries, efficient production execution, and meeting operational goals.

You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Master Scheduler, Engineering, and Operations to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize production performance, while leveraging ERP/MRP systems and strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production planning, scheduling, or related experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, schedules, inventory, and planning.
• Strong Excel and business software proficiency for planning and reporting.
• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 familiarity preferred; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet delivery requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Master Scheduler to manage material availability and constraints.
• Use ERP/MRP to create, release, and manage work orders, routing, and docs.
• Monitor WIP, performance, and schedule adherence; communicate risks to delivery.
• Coordinate movement and availability of materials, tooling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve conflicts.
• Analyze production flow to recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
