Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking a Electronics Test Technician to perform quality checks on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies using computer-guided test programs. You will follow multi-step procedures, determine pass/fail outcomes, and clearly separate good and defective units.

You will operate a barcode scanner and maintain records per policy. The role requires basic electronics test tool knowledge and strong English communication. IPC certifications are a plus; hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior electronic testing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English at business level.
• Basic knowledge in electronic test tools (DMM, power supply).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
• Ability to determine pass/fail of PCB assemblies.
• IPC-600, IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing work instructions and use test programs to perform quality checks of PCB assemblies.
• Follow multi-step test procedures.
• Test products, determine pass/fail, and separate good and defective units.
• Operate barcode scanner.
• Maintain required record keeping according to policies and requirements.
• Perform simple maintenance of equipment, fixtures and tooling.
• Contribute to the team to ensure objectives are met.
• Other duties may be assigned.
