Selinc in Indiana is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain PCB test solutions for printed circuit board assemblies. The role emphasizes reliability and efficiency in production testing.

You will design and support bed-of-nails and SPEA flying probe test strategies, partner with hardware engineers to define Design for Test requirements, investigate failures, and improve test procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, supporting, or improving PCB test systems.
• PCB-level testing, troubleshooting, or validation of electronic assemblies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PCB manufacturing test solutions.
• Design and support bed-of-nails and SPEA flying probe test strategies.
• Partner with hardware engineers to define DFT requirements.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing test failures and product issues.
• Support testing technicians and production staff in operation and maintenance of test systems.
• Create and maintain test procedures and documentation.
• Continuously identify, measure, and improve test processes.
