Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years in hardware/optics assembly activities preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to use hand tools and associated devices to manufacture PCBs and other electronic assemblies.
• Ability to identify electronic components and solder non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures and specifications for PCB manufacturing.
• Identifies workmanship and material defects and suggests basic improvements to work instructions.
• Performs tasks with care and attention to detail while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Assembles electronic components, assemblies, and modules from samples, visual aids and process sheets.
• Maintains accurate material control within the work area.
• Performs self-inspection and provides feedback to operations and engineering.
