Job summary

Sierra Circuits in Sunnyvale, CA is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control in PCB manufacturing, leading a team of inspectors and engineers to ensure products meet strict standards and customer specifications.

You will drive QMS development, process improvements, root cause analysis, and alignment with engineering, production, and service teams while ensuring IPC/ISO recertifications and regulatory compliance; leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with QA training.
• Extensive PCB manufacturing quality control experience.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, IPC, ISO standards.
• Proven leadership and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS and maintain compliant documentation.
• Lead quality inspectors and conduct inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Manage customer service tickets and audits.
• Coordinate recertifications (ISO, AS9100).
• Train and develop quality team.
• Report KPIs to management.
