Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

1. Perform daily and routine chemical bath analysis, facilitating necessary changes and additions.
2. Prepare and evaluate micro-sections according to specifications.
3. Identify and control nonconforming products.
4. Collect and analyze statistical data as required.

Essential Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years experience in PCB manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of chemicals and solutions related to PCB manufacturing.
• Understanding of customer drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged computer work (up to two hours).
• Fine motor skills for keyboarding and mouse use.
• Walking on uneven surfaces and stairs.
• Bending at the head, neck, and waist.
• Visual acuity to view through a microscope.
