Job summary

Bonney Staffing is hiring an Operator for an electronics manufacturing site in Portland, ME. The role runs on-site with shifts from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, immediate start. You will inspect PCBs, operate inspection tools, and support quality improvements to ensure top-quality products.

We seek detail-oriented individuals with good dexterity, who can read drawings and BOMs. Prior PCB experience is a plus; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Experience reading assembly drawings, schematics and BOMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs to detect defects early using inspection systems.
• Set up and operate equipment to inspect SMT and through-hole components.
• Record results meticulously and report findings to production teams.
