Job summary

Summit Interconnect, a leading PCB manufacturer in Anaheim, seeks Manufacturing Operators to support high-rel iability PCBs. You will work with machines, materials and inspection equipment, following instructions to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on production, safety, and teamwork. Background in manufacturing is preferred; training is provided and cross-training is possible to cover multiple areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years manufacturing experience preferred
  • PCB manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic computer, math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Work safely around equipment and chemicals
  • Team-oriented and willing to cross-train into different processes

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials from manufacturing equipment.
  • Set up and operate machines used to make PCBs.
  • Follow work instructions and production schedules.
  • Monitor equipment and process conditions.
  • Measure and inspect parts to meet requirements.
  • Record production and inspection data accurately.
  • Handle chemicals with required safety equipment.
  • Move products between manufacturing steps.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S.
  • Collaborate with operators, technicians, engineers and supervisors.
