Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Typically 3–6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with low/high voltage electrical, instrumentation, PLCs, drives, and electrical prints.
• Proficiency operating hand and power tools and equipment like lifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and chemical systems on PCB manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and uptime.
• Lead or support equipment installation, commissioning, and process optimization projects.
• Develop and update SOPs, PMs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide guidance to lower-level technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Document maintenance actions, root causes, and corrective actions accurately.
