Job summary

AnDek Staffing is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment. The role includes operating imaging equipment, performing quality checks, and entering production data while maintaining safety and organization.

The position is full-time with Monday–Friday shifts and potential overtime. Candidates should be able to pass a background check and E-Verify and be prepared to cross-train across production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in Production environment/Machine operating.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify and Background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging department equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs.
• Enter production jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify: completion of previous operations, production counts, product quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.
