Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an Engineering Planner to create PCB production sequences using InPlan/InStack, perform DFM reviews, and ensure adherence to customer specs and IPC standards. This role requires technical problem solving and strong communication to support production and customers.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree (associates or 2-year technical degree) and 2–4 years in PCB planning or tooling engineering; familiarity with IPC rules and CAD/CAM systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in PCB planning, product engineering, and/or tooling engineering.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and CAD/CAM systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Create step sequences to produce PCBs.
• Develop impedance stack-ups.
• Provide tooling instructions to CAM operators.
• Perform DFM reviews on customer designs and specs.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and customer requirements.
