Job summary

Qwalton Services Limited is seeking an RF/mixed-signal PCB designer in the USA (Texas) with 3+ years of hands-on experience. You will define stack-ups, impedance, grounding, shielding, and execute RF-aware layouts from schematics to manufacturing data.

You will address SI/PI concerns, EMI/EMC considerations, and support prototype bring-up and design changes. The role requires ability to perform PCB design reviews, optimize layouts, and ensure DFx readiness for production, working closely with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RF and mixed-signal PCB layout and implementation.
• PCB stack-up definition, controlled impedance, RF routing, grounding, shielding, and isolation.
• Layout implementation based on schematic, mechanical, thermal, and RF requirements.
• Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) awareness and analysis.
• EMI/EMC-aware PCB design practices.
• PCB component placement, design-rule checking, and design optimization.
• DFM/DFX readiness and manufacturing database preparation.
• Ability to perform PCB design reviews, resolve layout issues, and support prototype bring-up and design changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF and mixed-signal PCB layout and implementation.
• Define stack-up, impedance control, grounding, shielding, and isolation.
• Implement layouts per schematic, mechanical, and RF requirements.
• Analyze SI/PI and address EMI/EMC concerns.
• Place components, run DRC, and optimize design.
• Prepare manufacturing data for CMM/DB data and DFx readiness.
• Conduct design reviews and support prototype bring-up and changes.
