Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Debug Technician to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical assemblies, troubleshoot PCBAs, validate equipment performance, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes and product quality.

You will use oscilloscopes and other test equipment, read schematics, and support production environments while developing debugging documentation and training for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret technical diagrams.
• Experience supporting production environments and documenting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs complex assemblies at the component level.
• Operates electronic test equipment and conducts tests as required.
• Provides training to technicians and develops troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborates with engineering on issues and updates procedures.
