Job summary

PeerStar is seeking Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) who will provide hope, understanding, and empowerment through lived experience to individuals facing mental health challenges. This role supports recovery journeys via community-based 1:1 peer support and helps peers achieve personal growth.

Openings include full-time and part-time positions across Pennsylvania. An active PCB CPS certification qualifies you for a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CPS certification through the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB).
• Must attest to a mental health diagnosis and be in a recovery stage able to support others.
• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
• Must have 6 months of consecutive employment or volunteer work experience; OR 12 months in the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad for documentation.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

• Eighteen (18) years of age and older.
