Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide quality care to clients in Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or facilities.
• Must complete and pass a caregiver skills check before hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access for clocking in/out and schedules.
• Must have reliable transportation to client homes.
• Background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Support client mobility and safe transfers, including wheelchairs and equipment.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.
• Offer medication reminders (not administration).
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and meal preparation.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.

Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide quality care and support to clients in their homes throughout Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas.

• Safely support client mobility, including use of wheelchairs and other equipment.

• Accurately observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.

• Must have reliable transportation to client homes (car preferred but not required).
• Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance (no substantiated findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation).
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends.
• Caring, patient, and dependable attitude.

Interpreters may not be used during the interview process or while performing client care. Completion of training programs with Caring Hands or a partner does not guarantee employment.
