Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons is hiring for PCA/CNA positions. Full Time and Part Time positions available. Starting at $14 per hour with $2/hr shift diff for overnight (11p-7a) third shift; $3/hr diff for second shift (3p-11p); and $4/hr weekend-only diffs for all shifts.

We also offer 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend is required. Daily Pay is available, and a Nurse Tuition Program assists teammates enrolled in nursing programs.
