Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a Part-Time PCA or RCA for 3rd shift. You will provide hands-on support with daily activities, build meaningful relationships with residents and ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in senior housing
DHEC regulations knowledge or compliance
Patient-focused care with strong communication

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and mobility
Assist with meals, snacks, activities and dining room service
Respond to resident emergency call system promptly
Observe and document changes in residents' condition and report to supervisor
Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner
Maintain resident care documentation per state regulations and company policies
Assist with resident transportation when required
Ensure high quality, compassionate service during 3rd shift
