Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking caring PCA/RCA teammates for Carolina Reserve of Laurel Park in North Carolina. You will support residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility on 2nd shift as part‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the required training.
• Willingness to complete an 80‑hour personal care training certificate, training provided by Navion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist in dining areas.
• Respond to resident calls and observe changes in condition, reporting to the Resident Care Coordinator.
• Maintain resident care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies.
• Provide compassionate, professional communication with residents and family members.
