Job Description:
- Provide personal hygiene for residents by assistingwith their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Adhere to professional standards and facility policiesand procedures regarding resident care.
- Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in aresident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition and report anychanges to Nurse.
- Implement individualized care plans and offer support toresidents to maintain their dignity, privacy, and comfort.
- Provide care that exceeds the resident’s physical,social, and mental needs.
