  Job Description:

  • Provide personal hygiene for residents by assistingwith their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Adhere to professional standards and facility policiesand procedures regarding resident care.
  • Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in aresident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition and report anychanges to Nurse.
  • Implement individualized care plans and offer support toresidents to maintain their dignity, privacy, and comfort.
  • Provide care that exceeds the resident’s physical,social, and mental needs.
