Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire PCA's to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home.

5. Fluent in English is essential

We offer insurance through Aflac with employer contribution (we contribute $10 a month to this supplemental insurance coverage)

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

1. Personal Hygiene
2. Ambulation/Transfers
3. Dressing/Shaving
4. Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
5. Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
6. Performs light housekeeping activities
7. Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to):
8. Providing hospice supportive care
9. Medication reminders
10. Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
11. Care of bed-bound patients
12. Incontinence care
13. Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Experience in:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Foley care
• Companionship
• Light cleaning

$50 Referral Bonus if you tell a friend after they work 6 months at 20 hours per week or 480 hours of work.
