Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Goleta, CA is seeking a caregiver to provide in-home support. The role offers hourly pay of $21-$23 and weekly paychecks, with eligibility for health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and PTO; a 401(k) plan is available.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required by state and/or program.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray on file.
• Knowledge of child growth and development.
• Ability to coordinate services between home, school, local health agency, and community resources.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency may be required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Assists with transfers and ambulation.
• Performs incidental household services that are an integral part of a personal care plan.

• Appropriately reports changes in client status or as directed by care plan.
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary.

Requirements
