Job summary

Scripps Health’s Float Pool is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Assistant to join Mercy San Diego and Mercy Chula Vista. This 12-hour NIGHT shift includes weekends and holidays.

You will work with the clinical care team to assist with personal needs, ADLs, data collection, and patient comfort, contributing to a safe, organized environment and smooth unit operations.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent service to patients as part of the clinical care team.
• Assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living.
• Assist with patient care under clinician direction.
• Support unit with logistics, clerical tasks and supplies.

This is a Part-Time position (48 hours per pay period), with a 12-hour NIGHT shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As a Patient Care Assistant, you will;
