Job summary

Collects, documents, and reports data to the RN or Care Manager.**Job Description:****Essential Functions:*** Collects, documents, and reports vital signs. May complete screening questions and documentation or minor specimen testing as assigned.* Promotes general patient safety. Holds and positions patients and assists with procedures.
