Job summary

Patience In-Home Care PCA Services is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for a 1:1 care arrangement in a private home in Coon Rapids, MN. This overnight role operates Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am, with duration ranging from 2 to 12 weeks for a paraplegic client needing 1:1 support.

• Providing 1:1 care in a loving home for a paraplegic woman that has 4 cats and 2 dogs

Description

• We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance for a woman that is a paraplegic. Experience in lifting, transferring, showering, toileting and bowel program in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• Base rate: $17-$17.50 per hour - Additional previous PCA experience for MA Programs ranges from 4.05% - 12.69% (Tier Scale) - Additional 7.5% bonus when online Enhanced Training Courses have been completed.
• $250 bonus with the completion of this position while maintaining 90% attendance.
