Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) – Nurse Aide to provide direct patient care under supervision, including vital signs, glucose checks, and mobility assistance. You will support daily living activities and maintain a clean, stocked care area in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This onsite role offers day and night rotation with full-time hours, and a pay range of $19.10–$24.83 per hour, depending on experience. A supportive benefits program accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse / healthcare provider.
• Gathers vital signs, measures blood glucose, and tracks intake and output.
• Assists patients with personal care, activities of daily living and mobility.
• Keeps care area stocked, cleaned and orderly.
