Meadowlark Home Care is looking to revitalize the industry and change the standard for both care providers and clients!

We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions starting at $18.75/hr. Open availability is a plus, but not necessary.

Full-time employees are eligible for our full benefits package (health/dental insurance) for $40/month. All employees also accrue paid time off based on hours worked and longevity with the company. Raises are available at management's discretion, and bi-annual bonuses are offered.

Job Description:

Being an in-home care provider involves assisting our members with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing social supervision, homemaking, life coaching, and companionship. Common tasks include assistance with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.

Qualified applicants must:

• Have a current CNA or PCA certification (waiver or training available for the right applicant).
• Be caring and compassionate.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
