We are hiring for part-time and full-time positions to work with our agency. We have evenings and days available starting at $18.75/hour. Open availability is a plus, but not necessary.

Full-time employees are eligible for our full benefits package (health/dental insurance) for $40/month. All employees also accrue paid time off based on hours worked and longevity with the company. Raises are available at management's discretion, and bi-annual bonuses are offered.

Job Description:

Being an in-home care provider means assisting our members with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing social supervision, homemaking, life coaching, and companionship. Assistance with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility are common tasks.

Qualified applicants must:

• Have a current CNA or PCA certification (waiver or training available for the right applicant).
• Be caring and compassionate.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
