Job summary

ComForCare in Garner, NC is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. You will provide essential care to clients at home, assisting with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Available shifts include Morning, Evening, Nights, and Weekends. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, paid time off, holiday pay, night/weekend bonuses, travel time reimbursement, and PPE for staff safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA.
• Valid driver's license and owned vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
