GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in multiple locations for both shorter and longer hours. The Caregiver is responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who have difficulty caring for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The candidate must care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect, and remain empathetic at all times.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, laundry)
• Accompany clients to appointments or social activities as part of companionship duties
• Remind and assist clients with pre-dosed medications
• Prepare meals respecting all precautions and dietary restrictions
• Grocery shopping and running errands as required
• Provide transportation when needed or assigned
• Assist with personal hygiene care such as dressing/undressing, showering, feeding, etc.
• Act quickly and responsibly during emergencies
