About The Role

Trove Caregivers support clients in their homes and assist them with their day-to-day lifestyle. Whether a client requires basic companionship, or other types of non-medical personal care, our team of exceptional Caregivers are to meet their needs.

What you'll do

• Provide help with companion activities in clients' homes, including transportation, medication reminders, meal prep and cooking, light homemaking/cleaning.
• Certified Nurse Aides (CNA), and some Personal Care Aides with adequate training, can provide personal care services such as dressing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, bathing, transferring, and toileting/incontinence care.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license and valid car insurance.
• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the Trove Care team.
• Strong sense of compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to caregiving.
• Positive attitude and ability to provide emotional support and companionship.
• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately.
• Must pass a background check and reference screening.

Pay Range

$18 - $22 USD per hour (Trove - Williamsburg)
