Senior Helpers in Massachusetts is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team serving Worcester and surrounding communities. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules and hourly pay.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation as needed. Prior PCA experience is welcome but not required, and we seek compassionate, reliable caregivers.

PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS (PCA)

Senior Helpers is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across Massachusetts! If you're a compassionate and dependable PCA looking for a rewarding career with a flexible schedule, we'd love to hear from you. Senior Helpers is expanding throughout Massachusetts and is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding communities.

Full-time and part-time positions available (10-40 hours per week). We have immediate openings for morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when appropriate.
• Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent home environment.
