Stand Out Home Care in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Non-Medical Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living tasks in clients’ homes. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others.

You will perform personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance while maintaining accurate client notes. Training is provided, and dependable, punctual caregivers are valued highly.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred but not required — we provide training.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare simple meals and encourage nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
• Provide medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Run errands and transportation to appointments.
• Maintain accurate shift notes and client updates.
