Job summary

Nashua Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our care team in Nashua, NH. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available with an hourly pay range of $16–$23 (all inclusive).

This role supports licensed staff, helps with daily resident care, and promotes a warm, engaging environment for residents. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid CNA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA License in the state (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support licensed nursing staff in providing quality resident care.
• Assist with bed-making and tidying resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells and bed controls are within residents’ reach.
• Serve drinks, snacks, and meals as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities.
• Answer phones and assist the nursing team with daily tasks.
