Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents to attend medical appointments and activities.
• Check vital signs, record measurements, and report variances.
• Respond promptly to call lights and monitor residents.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Assist residents to ambulate with or without devices.

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity and social programs.
• Checks residents'vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self‑help devices, as instructed.
