The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, all while upholding safety and client dignity.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Formación

• Previous Personal Care Assistant or caregiving experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals according to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist clients with shopping and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers when required.
• Follow each client’s plan of care and assigned task sheet.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Document services accurately and on time.
• Respond quickly and responsibly during emergencies.
• Protect clients’ privacy, dignity, and confidential information.
• Perform other authorized personal care duties as assigned.
