Southern Hearts Homecare of Georgia inc is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to support clients in daily living in Georgia. You will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR and First Aid certifications, TB test, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. A criminal background check is required.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide medication reminders.

• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers when required.
• Follow each client’s plan of care and task sheet.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Document services accurately and on time.
• Respond quickly during emergencies.
• Protect clients’ privacy and dignity.

Salary Range: $14.00 To $16.00 Hourly

We are seeking competent, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Assistants to support clients in their everyday lives.
