Qualifications

• Experience with low production PC environments.
• Experience with 1–2 OEMs.
• Knowledge of simple component replacements (LCD/HDD).
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Take apart and re-assemble computer components and parts.
• Resolve hardware issues within schedule and provide break/fix solutions.
• Set up computer systems and hardware; install or re-install software for users.
• Maintain a positive warehouse environment and support two-way communications.
