Holland Village is now seeking a PC Marketer/Admissions Director for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

The PC Marketer/Admissions Director is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with new & existing referral sources who can refer residents to our facilities. Specifically, marketing to Hospitals, Assisted Living Communities, and Home Care Agencies.

Qualifications:

1. Candidates must be self-driven with business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Ability to conduct individual/group presentations and luncheons for healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
3. Possess excellent sales, marketing, communication, time management, organizational skills, and a great personality.
4. At least two years of experience in marketing within a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or healthcare environment is required.
5. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
