Your Role

As a PC/Help Desk Support Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the clinical application interfaces. Troubleshoots desktops/hardware/printer issue

For this role you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience
    • Supports the end-user community in the effective access and use of information resources and compliance with infrastructure and operating standards.
    • Monitors and troubleshoots HL7 Protocol Application interfaces.
    • Provides tier 1 support for Clinical Application, and other ancillary systems.
    • Troubleshoots printing issues.
    • Develops and maintains documentation as related to this position.
    • Performs basic hardware repair.
    • At all times, demonstrates interpersonal skills suitable for customer service environment.
    • Assists with the preparation of documentation and informational materials for non-technical users.
    • Relates with the end-user community in a manner that promotes confidence in the client and the image of IST as a professional service-oriented organization.
    • Understands and accepts the responsibilities of working in a 24/7 environment.
    • Understands and adheres to compliance standards as they appear in Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
    • Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and University Hospital regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified. 13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
