Description
Our client will be upgrading all devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Due to the size of the hospital system, this will be a large-scale effort to ensure all devices are properly migrated. To meet end-user expectations, IT leadership is seeking PC Technicians with experience in large-scale deployment projects.
Candidates should have prior experience imaging using tools such as SCCM or MDT toolkit, and an understanding of incidents that may arise during deployment. Experience documenting incidents via a ticketing system like ServiceNow is also important. This role will support different locations but will primarily be based at the main hospital.
