In this role, the intern is responsible for deploying, configuring, and setting up end-user equipment, including PCs, Macs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and printers, while ensuring software is installed and configured correctly to minimize repeat support efforts. The intern also contributes to a high-performing support team by delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with service desk incidents, and helping meet established service expectations. Additionally, the position plays an important role in gathering and assessing end-user feedback throughout the deployment process to ensure a positive technology experience, maintain high satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
