PC Concession Attendant III (Seasonal Concessions Manager)

Position Summary

The Concession Worker III orders food and beverage items as well as inventory concession items, supervises Barnacle Caf at Pirates Cove, prepares food, serves customers, and handles transactions when needed. Maintains a clean, safe environment within the standards set by the State of Colorado at Pirates Cove concession stand. Requires excellent customer service and leadership skills. The role involves standing for long periods, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds frequently.

Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. All final candidates must consent to a criminal background check.

• Ordering food and beverage items for the Barnacle Caf.

Preparation and Training

The Concession Worker III must demonstrate leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to perform guest relations duties. Candidates should have two years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge.
