Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Product Manager for Components (Power Supply/ Case/ Case fan/ AIO cooler) in Fremont, CA. You will shape product strategy, plan roadmaps, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales and HQ to drive successful launches.

You will conduct market research, maintain schedules, and develop sales tools while tracking KPIs and customer feedback to guide improvements. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management (Power Supply/ Case/ Case fan/ AIO cooler experience is a plus).
• Experience creating reports, especially on Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Components product line.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the PC industry.
• Define and manage the product roadmap and align with business objectives.
• Drive successful product launches with strong positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tools and training.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve features and UX.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate product performance.
