About This Role

CAE x SIMCOM is seeking a qualified Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training for our customers. The role involves lesson planning, classroom and simulator setup, and maintaining current training materials. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ground and flight simulator training for trainees.
  • Evaluate trainee progress and maintain instructional competency.
  • Employ creative teaching methods and tailor instruction to customer needs.
  • Achieve necessary ratings and qualifications promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience with specific aircraft types and licenses.
  • Current CFI certificate with multi-engine instrument ratings required.
  • Experience with glass cockpit and airline operations preferred.
Additional Information

This position offers flexible scheduling based on customer needs. Normal work hours may vary, and duties could be assigned at any time during operational hours. You will be a key point of contact for customers, requiring proactive and common-sense decision-making aligned with our mission and strategy.
