Job summary

SIMCOM by CAE delivers comprehensive aviation training at our training centers, providing ground school and simulator instruction to enhance safety and proficiency. Instructors tailor content to each student’s progress, delivering briefings and debriefings to reinforce learning.

The PC-12 Instructor role focuses on delivering standardized training, including Initial, Recurrent, and Differences training, while adhering to CAE standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• CFI or CFII rating.
• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.
• Provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training.
• Conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Evaluate customer progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning objectives.
