Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in the Tri-Cities, Washington, is seeking a part-time PBX Operator to join the Patient Access team. Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access, you will answer all incoming calls, transfer appropriately, and support colleagues with outgoing calls.

This evening shift, 20 hours per week, requires at least 6 months of customer service experience; coursework in office practices is preferred.

PBX Operator at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access, answers all incoming calls to the Medical Center. Transfers appropriately and assists others in making outgoing calls, Monitors and reports switchboard malfunctions and performs clerical functions and does related work as required.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
