Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, motivated individual passionate about hospitality to handle all incoming communication, assist guests and associates, and provide exceptional service in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Operate phones, radios, and alarm systems effectively.
  • Familiarize with all systems related to Ideal Services (Opera, Alice, Micros POS, etc.).
  • Manage parking procedures and take In-Room Dining orders.
  • Follow up on guest requests and concerns, adhering to service recovery processes.
  • Protect guest confidentiality and manage guest information securely.
  • Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and uphold 4-Star/4-Diamond service standards.
  • Understand hotel rate plans, amenities, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Answer calls and radios warmly, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle emergency situations calmly.
  • Manage packages, faxes, wake-up calls, and system alerts accurately and timely.
  • Follow safety, security, and company policies, maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
