Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is seeking a dedicated switchboard operator to manage a multi-line PBX system and routing calls to the correct departments on site. The role involves handling a facility-wide paging system and responding quickly to codes and alarms across locations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of PBX experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of emergency communications with hospital staff and agencies is valued.
