Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach & Golf Resort is seeking a PBX Agent (Communications Operator) to ensure efficient communication within, to and from the hotel while delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient customer service.

Education and experience include a high school diploma or equivalent with hotel or related field preferred; candidates must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and able to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts, holidays and weekends.
